• Mid to High Pressure Manway, fabricated in stainless steel AISI304, AISI316L or other highly corrosion resistant material, high strength plastic wing nuts with stainless steel inserts are standard and provide quick access.
• Self-retained gasket design, specially machined dovetail groove.
• Heavy-duty construction, max. pressure up to 5.0mpa.
• With flanged sight glass / union sight glass.
• Variety height to match your different request.
• Up to 30” diameter upon request.
• High purity surface to meet the high quality requirements of sanitary processes.
• Sealing materials conform to FDA177.1600

Material & Surfaces:

• Commonly in stainless steel T304, T316L (1.4301 , 1.4404).
• Quantity will be required for other specified material if necessary.
• Inner finish can be from Ra 0.8 to Ra 0.5 .
• Outside surface is available for electro-polished, brushed and acid pickled.

Sealing Materials:

EPDM, NBR, FPM, SILICONE etc.

Assembling:

Pressure Manway assembling is available. Wellgreen sanitary is able to provides manways with gaskets, tri-clover fittings or union fittings. Assembled to customer request or drawing, a set of manway will be met your requirement.
