• Self-retained gasket design, specially machined dovetail groove.
• Heavy-duty construction, max. pressure up to 5.0mpa.
• With flanged sight glass / union sight glass.
• Variety height to match your different request.
• Up to 30” diameter upon request.
• High purity surface to meet the high quality requirements of sanitary processes.
• Sealing materials conform to FDA177.1600

Material & Surfaces:

• Commonly in stainless steel T304, T316L (1.4301 , 1.4404).
• Quantity will be required for other specified material if necessary.
• Inner finish can be from Ra 0.8 to Ra 0.5 .
• Outside surface is available for electro-polished, brushed and acid pickled.

Sealing Materials:

EPDM, NBR, FPM, SILICONE etc.

Assembling:

Pressure Manway assembling is available. Wellgreen sanitary is able to provides manways with gaskets, tri-clover fittings or соединительные фитинги. Assembled to customer request or drawing, a set of manway will be met your requirement.
