DIN 11864 is a stainless steel fitting series for the aseptic, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, it includes sanitary unions, flanges and clamps. DIN 11864-1 is the specification of aseptic unions, it has three different size and length. The dimension of liner and male are different from DIN 11851 and DIN11853 unions. The connections are applied to the pipe dimensions according to DIN 11866 series A, B and C.
Wellgreen provides DIN 11664-1 aseptic unions in stainless steel 304, 316L or other specific materials if the quantity is considerable. We also offer the assorted O-ring gasket to meet the demand of the equipment, EPDM/PTFE/Silicon are available.

The tube portions are fabricated from 304 or 316L or other high quality stainless steels. Our elbows, and all tees and crosses are made with the pull port technique. Center ring belongs to a connecting part for a vacuum pipe fittings such as a pipe, a pump and a valve. When vacuum system applied, due to the difference of conditions, there is no uniform standard, so we must regulate what is the standard. Vacuum Actuators: Optimal control of valve position. The system uses a small electronically controlled valve to regulate the degree of vacuum in the diaphragm. In addition, adjusting the throat at the inlet to modify and optimize the air flow and air velocity inside the turbocharger is controlled by the valve and is driven by a vacuum actuator.
