Aseptic Unions DIN11864-1 Form A for Tube acc. to DIN11866 (Series C) -1

Aspetic Unions DIN 11864-1

DIN 11864 is a stainless steel fitting series for the aseptic, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, it includes sanitary unions, flanges and clamps. DIN 11864-1 is the specification of aseptic unions, it has three different size and length. The dimension of liner and male are different from DIN 11851 and DIN11853 unions. The connections are applied to the pipe dimensions according to DIN 11866 series A, B and C.

Wellgreen provides DIN 11664-1 aseptic unions in stainless steel 304, 316L or other specific materials if the quantity is considerable. We also offer the assorted O-ring gasket to meet the demand of the equipment, EPDM/PTFE/Silicon are available.

KF fittings

KF Vacuum Fittings And Flanges

Wellgreen offers a complete line of vacuum聽KF fittings and flanges. Different from聽CF vacuum fittings / flanges聽 and ISO vacuum flange and fittings. The tube portions are fabricated from 304 or 316L or other high quality stainless steels. Our elbows, and all tees and crosses are made with the pull port technique. This allows smooth, crevice-free butt welds to provide the maximum in cleanliness for UHV applications. Bakeout range is up to 200掳C. Standard finish is bead blasted.

Features:

  • 1. Flanges are designed according to ISO2861 specification and can be changed upon request.
  • 2. Flange sizes are from NW10 to NW50
  • 3. Vacuum Range: >=10-8 Torr
  • 4. Standard materials are 304 and 316L stainless steel.
  • 5. Tube sizes are from 1/2″ to 2″
  • 6. The system can afford up to Fahrenheit 400( Celsius 200). However, sustained baking above聽Fahrenheit 302 ( Celsius 150) may result in deterioration of the O-ring.
  • 7. KF products are supplied with a machining finish. Other finishes are also available.
  • 8. Flanges and seals are reusable.
  • 9. No tools for assembly or disassembly.
  • 10. KF flanges are 100% tested before shipping.
  • 11. Seal Temperature Range:
    • Fluorocarbon FKM (Viton): Celsius -5 to 204( Fahrenheit 23 to 399)
    • Silicon: Celsius -50 to 180( Fahrenheit -58 to 356)
    • Buna-N (NBR): Celsius -25 to 121( Fahrenheit -13 to 250)

  • 1. CF flanges are designed in accordance with ISO 3669 and can be changed upon request.
  • 2. Flange sizes are from CF 16 to CF250.
  • 3. CF flanges are available in both rotatable and non-rotatable models with through holes or tapped holes.
  • 4. Standard materials are 304 and 316L stainless steel.
  • 5. CF products are supplied with a machining finish. Other finishes are also available.
  • 6. Easy assembly or disassembly
  • 7. The system can afford up to Fahrenheit 932 (Celsius 500) for copper gaskets; Fahrenheit 399 (Celsius 204) for Viton gaskets. However, sustained heating above Fahrenheit 302 ( Celsius 150) may result in deterioration of the O-ring.
  • 8. CF flanges are 100 % tested before shipping.
  • 9. Vacuum Range:
    • Copper gasket: >=10-12 Torr
    • Fluorocarbon FKM (Viton) gasket: >=10-8 Torr
  • 10. Seal Temperature Range:

Vacuum Butterfly Valves

A butterfly valve has high flow conductivity for turn on or cut off the vacuum airflow called聽vacuum butterfly valve. Vacuum butterfly valve and聽vacuum ball valve聽are two types of common vacuum valves. The applicable media is air and non-corrosive gas. In order to get the control automatically, solenoid valve and position indicator are optional device.

Features:

  • 1. Valve Sizes from 1/2″ to 6″
  • 2. Forged body and disc for better quality.
  • 3. Standard Materials are 304 and 316L stainless steel.
  • 4. Vacuum Range: >=10-8 Torr
  • 5. Various manual or automatic operators available.
  • 6. Polyacetal bushings for the valve disc reduce friction and increase cycle life.
  • 7. Optional wing nut kit is available for effortless valve assembly and disassembly.
  • 8. Butterfly valves are supplied with a machining finish. Other finishes are also available.
  • 9. The system can afford up to 400聽Fahrenheit (200 Celsius ). However, sustained heating above 302聽Fahrenheit (150 Celsius ) may result in deterioration of the gasket.
  • 10. Valve sets are 100% tested before shipping.
  • 11. Seat materials in Viton, Silicon, and EPDM.
  • 12. Seat Temperature Range:
      • Fluorocarbon FKM (Viton): Celsius -5 to 204 ( Fahrenheit聽23 to 399)

Center Ring

Center ring聽belongs to a connecting part for a vacuum聽pipe聽fittings聽such as a pipe, a pump and a valve. When vacuum system applied, due to the difference of conditions, there is no uniform standard, so we must regulate what is the standard. The combination of the center ring can be used for the sealing connection of two identical series of flanges, and also can cooperate with the relevant series of clamps in the outside to achieve the function of sealing and quick disassembly.

Vacuum Adapters

Vacuum Actuators: Optimal control of valve position. The system uses a small electronically controlled valve to regulate the degree of vacuum in the diaphragm. In addition, adjusting the throat at the inlet to modify and optimize the air flow and air velocity inside the turbocharger is controlled by the valve and is driven by a vacuum actuator.

Features:

  • 1. Standard materials are in 304 and 316L stainless steel.
  • 2. Adapters are supplied with a machining finish. Other finishes are also available.
  • 3. Vacuum Range: >=10-8 Torr
  • 4. Seal Temperature Range:
    • Fluorocarbon FKM (Viton):聽Celsius -5-204 ( Fahrenheit 23-399)
    • Silicon: Celsius -50-180( Fahrenheit -58-356)
    • Buna-N (NBR): Celsius -25-121 ( Fahrenheit -13-250)

Applications:

  • 1. Connection exchange
  • 2. Use Teflon tape for sealing threaded joint.
